Will there be any recovery required following treatment?
Since injections of Juvéderm are non-surgical, no downtime is required following treatment. You should avoid alcohol for 24 hours both before and after your injections, and avoid strenuous physical activity for one day following your injections.
It is important that you not touch or rub areas which have been injected to avoid spreading of the filler to unintended locations. You may experience mild redness, swelling, and bruising at the injection site. This is normal and should subside within a day or two.
